Scope
This website presents Arbustus products and allows customers to place orders in the online shop.
The purchase terms require your express acceptance when ordering. Browsing this website does not create an obligation to buy.
Orders and payment
New shop orders are paid in full through secure Stripe Checkout, by card or MB WAY. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on compatible devices and wallets. Payment is confirmed automatically; opening or returning from Checkout is not proof of payment.
The total is the retail price per bottle multiplied by the quantity, not a deposit. Existing pre-orders retain their originally agreed amounts.
In this first batch, retail customers may buy up to 2 bottles of each reference, without having to buy all references. Pending, paid and shipped orders count towards this limit by customer, email or phone; cancelled orders no longer count.
Final availability and delivery confirmation will be communicated by email.
Age and responsible delivery
Selling or supplying alcohol to anyone under 18 is prohibited. The buyer declares that they are at least 18 and are not buying to supply alcohol to minors.
The server checks the declared birth date; this is not proof of identity. Confirmation lasts 30 days and does not replace the adult declaration required for each order.
Only a person aged 18 or over may receive delivery. A photographic identity document must be presented to confirm age when requested. Do not send document photographs or copies through this website or by email.
Delivery must not be made to minors, visibly intoxicated persons or when adult age cannot be established. Parcels must not be left unattended or with a minor.
Prices and delivery conditions
Consumer prices are shown in euros including VAT. Each bottle contains 500 ml; the price per litre is displayed in the shop.
We ship to mainland Portugal only. For new shop orders, shipping is €14.05 including VAT for one bottle and free from two bottles in the same order, including mixed references. Protective packaging has no additional charge. The total including shipping is shown before confirmation. Previous orders retain their agreed terms.
The oak-aged strawberry tree spirit can be purchased now, with full payment. Delivery will only be available from January 2027. For orders containing other references, we will arrange deliveries by email.
A delivery address is required. The oak-aged spirit is available for delivery only from January 2027; confirm the specific delivery time by email before paying. Checking the postal code does not verify that the address exists.
Additional charges require express agreement. Shipment depends on the alcohol transport and sales rules applicable at the destination. A payment confirmation is not, by itself, a tax invoice.
Withdrawal and returns
For distance purchases by consumers, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item of an order delivered separately). Notify contacto@arbustus.co or write to the seller's address. You may use the template below or another clear statement.
Return the goods, safely packaged, to the seller's address within 14 days of giving notice. You bear the direct return costs unless a more favourable agreement applies or the goods are non-conforming.
We refund payments and standard delivery costs, excluding the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you selected. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost to you, within 14 days of notice. We may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or proof of return.
You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Alcohol sales do not automatically exclude withdrawal rights. Any statutory exception applies only where its requirements are met.
Damaged or non-conforming goods
For broken bottles, incorrect products or other conformity issues, contact contacto@arbustus.co with your order reference. Where possible, retain the packaging and photographs of the issue. Do not consume goods whose safety is in doubt.
This policy does not restrict your statutory consumer rights regarding conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, where applicable.

You may contact the territorially competent consumer alternative dispute resolution body. CNIACC acts in areas not covered by another competent centre. Mentioning a body does not claim voluntary membership by the seller.
Portuguese governing law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies under the relevant law.
